We’re sad to let you know that Dr Collins will be relocating and leaving the surgery at the end of March 2026. Please see his message below.
We would like to thank Dr Collins for his years of care and dedication – he will be greatly missed by all his colleagues and patients. It has been a privilege to work at Trafalgar Medical Group Practice and to care for patients here over the past seven years. In March I am relocating to Gloucestershire to be closer to family. I am very grateful to my colleagues for their support and friendship, and I will miss both the team and the many patients I’ve had the opportunity to get to know. I hope I have helped in some small way during my time here. Thank you
