Please note that the doors to the practice will close at 6pm but the phone lines will remain available until 6.30pm.

The Osborne Road Surgery is open Saturday mornings for pre-booked appointments only and our phone lines are closed during this time.

The Surgery closes one Wednesday afternoon a month for Target Training. Please contact your surgery for further details of closure.

If you need help when we are closed

If you require urgent medical assistance which cannot wait until the surgery re-opens, between 6pm and 6.30pm please call the surgery line on The Osborne Road Surgery 02392 821371 or Eastney Health Centre 02392 821371

Outside of these hours, if you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
